Melinda Emerson launched #Smallbizchat LIVE as a Tweetchat in April of 2009. These days #Smallbizchat LIVE is a live monthly video show to help entrepreneurs get answers to their small business questions.

Every third Wednesday, Melinda interviews three business experts about topics facing today’s entrepreneurs. The show also features a speed round panel at the end of the show call “Hit it and Quit it.” The video chat that is streamed to her SmallBizLady Facebook Page, Twitter and YouTube Channel. The show reaches small business owners from across the U.S. and the world with advice related to running and scaling a small business.

Small business owners join the conversation by using the hashtag #Smallbizchat to chime in with questions and answers as well. The mission of #Smallbizchat LIVE is to end small business failure.

How does #Smallbizchat work? Participants use the hashtag #Smallbizchat to find the video stream or turn in directly to SmallBizLady’s YouTube or Facebook Page or Twitter.

Who can be a guest on #Smallbizchat LIVE? You must be a small business owner, author, or subject matter expert to appear as a guest on #Smallbizchat. This show is focused on educating our business community. Expert guests have included best-selling authors and small business experts Shep Hyken, Michael Gerber, Jean Chatzky, Mike Michalowitz, Neil Patel, Barry Moltz, Jill Konrath, Ramon Ray and Peter Shankman. #Smallbizchat Live guests are booked two months in advance.
