Trinity College – CIGRE Symposium
The Cigre Symposium, Dublin 2017 will take place in the iconic surroundings of Trinity College Dublin.
Founded by Queen Elizabeth I, Trinity College Dublin is Ireland's oldest and most historic University. Known for its academic and literary excellence, visitors to Trinity College will walk among the footsteps of some very well known alumni - among them Jonathan Swift, Oscar Wilde, Bram Stoker and Samuel Beckett. The University Campus is also home to the famous Celtic manuscript "The Book of Kells" within The Long Room Library. The campus is a ‘one stop’ conference location with the meeting facilities being complemented by well appointed residential accommodation and first class banqueting facilities. Comprehensive facilities include a range of conference halls and classrooms that can accommodate plenary and parallel sessions combined with space for scientific posters and exhibitions.
